7.5 hours per week, every Friday 8am – 4pm
Due to the Business Manager taking on a secondment to work for the Trust, a vacancy has arisen for a Business Administrative Officer to support the Business Manager and work alongside our busy office team commencing September 2022.
We are looking to appoint a highly organised and effective Business Administrative Officer who is committed to ensuring that Summerbank Primary Academy provides educational excellence. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the Business Manager to create efficient school processes and high-quality practices to ensure the smooth operation of its services. We are looking for someone with a proven track-record of excellence in a professional office environment; the skills and expertise of a highly effective administrator, combined with a flexible approach.
The successful candidate will also have knowledge of financial processes, MIS systems, Health and Safety processes, HR policy and procedures and GDPR.
