SHIRLEY HEATH JUNIOR SCHOOL

We wish to appoint an Administrative Assistant
Band B.  Salary range: £18,887 - £19,650 (pro rata) 
Part Time, 28 hours 45 mins per week (8.30am to 3.15pm Monday – Friday, Term Time Only (39 weeks)
Duties to include:
•    The provision of a reception service to all enquirers, in person and on the telephone.
•    Sign in late arrivals and complete morning registers on SIMS, print and text absentee families
•    Perform first aid when necessary and during lunchtime
•    Assist with medication within school
•    Undertake a wide range of administrative / financial tasks as required by the Office Manager, Head Teacher and Business Manager
•    Send email and text communication to parents via ParentPay

Shirley Heath Junior School was judged by Ofsted in June 2009 & July 2012 as an OUTSTANDING SCHOOL.
