Site Supervisor

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated Site Supervisor to work with fellow site team staff members to ensure we continue to maintain and develop our outstanding learning environment for staff and students.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to liaise with people in a warm and welcoming manner and demonstrate the aptitude to build rapport and interact with people at all levels, including students, fellow colleagues, parents and visitors. Having DIY skills such as decorating, minor plumbing and carpentry skills will also add to the team’s diverse knowledge in school maintenance and development.

This is a full-time role 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year on a 3 week shift pattern to include an early, mid and late shift. The rota is spread across three site supervisors typically covering 7.00am to 10.00pm weekdays plus weekend hours. The nature of this role requires a high level of flexibility as hours worked may vary to accommodate the needs of covering and dovetailing across the site team. 

Start date, September 2022; Starting salary for a full-time post at Band F is within the Scale Point range 6-11, £20,845 to £23,015 per annum plus an unsocial hours’ allowance of £1,000 per annum for additional hours and weekend working.
