Teaching Assistant (Early Years Foundation Stage)

26.25 hours per week, term time only, fixed-term for one year until 31^st August 2023

Grade and salary determined by experience

Range: TA1 (SCP 1-4): £18,333 - £19,264 / TA 2 (SCP 5-6) £19,650 - £20,043 pro-rata

We require an energetic, enthusiastic and confident Teaching Assistant to join our happy, supportive EYFS Reception team. In the main the role will involve working with individual or small groups of children to deliver intervention activity, such as Speech and Language, Phonics, Early Maths, Fine Motor Skills and so on, as directed by the Class Teachers and SENDCo.

As well as being familiar with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, the successful candidate will be:

• An effective communicator
• Able to follow directions and work under their own initiative
