Looked After Children Support Worker (Temporary Appointment September 2022 to August 2023)

Salary: D Band Range between £26,446 to £30,984 Incremental progression subject to performance review.

Salary pro-rata on the basis of term time only and 20 hours per week

Yorkswood School is looking to appoint a skilled and experienced support worker for children who are ‘Looked After’.

We are specifically looking for somebody who can liaise with all involved agencies, preparing required reports and documentation, making presentations while supporting the children with individual programmes.

It is our school’s ambition to provide our children and families with an excellent package including; fantastic early years provision for 0-5 year olds, fantastic, all-encompassing, provision for children of primary school age and invaluable support and provision for parents and the community through our collaboration with Colebridge Trust in Evergreen, our community base.
