At Lordswood Girls’ School we are constantly striving to improve on our best and we are very proud of our position as one of the top schools for outcomes (based on 2019 results), both in the city and nationally. The school has consistently been ranked within the top 4% of schools nationally based on its Progress 8 score, and enjoys an excellent reputation for its academic, sporting, and artistic achievements. We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor with the ability to provide students with efficient and effective in-class support. Applicants should have experience of supporting students in a school, have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and will also need to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills. An ability to use the School Information Management System (SIMS) would be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate should be willing to support the ethos of the school and have the ability to work as part of a team whilst also using their own initiative. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
