Contract Type: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract


The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic administrator to work within the fast-paced environment of the Here2Help Team providing administration support to the Home for Ukraine Scheme within Worcestershire.

The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator, with a “can do” approach to tasks and able to work from their own initiative whilst maintaining a polite, efficient manner. 

As administrator for the team you will be integral to ensuring the smooth running of the team and its activities. Your role will include providing support in tasks such as; completing letters, answering and directing phones calls, booking meetings and minute recording alongside collation of data. 

The successful applicants will require good organisational and time management skills and be able to use a range of software packages including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
