An opportunity has arisen for an Advice and Representation Centre Manager to manage the Advice and Representation Centre (ARC) and front-line reception services that our students rely on a key resource.  

This role is all about delivering casework for students, developing related services that support our students’ needs and reviewing and assessing the impact of the work the service delivers with a view to continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, have a proven track record in managing advice, advocacy, casework and information provision environment, be able to take a constructive and co-operative approach to solving problems and resolving conflict and proven ability to conduct one-to-one interviews with clients.  

Having a real interest and desire to work on behalf of our students is critical.
