Family  Assessment Worker (Parenting Assessment Team)

£25,419- £27,514 per annum

NJC Scale 6

37 hours per week

Permanent

Essential Car User allowance, free on-site parking.

We have a great opportunity for a full time Family Assessment Worker in the Parenting Assessment Team. This is a busy team, very experienced, highly supportive, friendly and enthusiastic about what they do. 

Within the role you will be undertaking bespoke parenting assessments and pre-birth assessments, sitting in a multi-disciplinary service. This team comprises of Family assessment workers, social workers, a counselling Psychologist and assistant Psychologist to ensure we are able to offer appropriate and holistic assessments.

Main accountabilities of the role: To assess parenting capacity for parents with children open to the child protection services as well as assess parenting capacity within pre-birth assessments, using the assessment framework.
