Commencing September 2022 (Term Time Only 35 hours per week)
Actual Pro Rata Salary: £15,610
If you have a desire to make a difference to children’s lives then Bloxwich Academy Primary (recently rated Ofsted ‘good’ November 2021) could certainly be the place for you. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage; on our remarkable journey in contributing to the achievement of our vision, of ensuring that all children reach their full potential.
We are a caring and friendly school and aim to provide exceptional learning opportunities for all children. We set high expectations for our children both behaviourally and academically, and offer a wide range of creative, inspirational lessons through all areas of the curriculum. Our children are encouraged to become confident, caring and independent and to use their abilities to the full. Our school motto is ‘Be The Best You Can Be’.
The successful candidate will need to hold a NVQ Level 2 in Childcare and Education or equivalent qualification and have experience of working in a Nursery or Reception class.
Candidates should also:
- Have a flexible approach to working and the ability to work independently and well within a team
- Be enthusiastic and reliable with a sense of commitment
- Have knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and Early Learning Goals and be an excellent practitioner
