Scale 5, £22,571.00-£24,920.00 per annum 

Due to the relocation of our Site Manager, Grove Primary School and Nursery wishes to recruit a new site manager to join our passionate team of staff that is dedicated to ‘bringing out the best in everyone’.

This is a friendly, busy school situated in extensive grounds in the beautiful town of Malvern. There are approximately 171 pupils on roll, aged between 2 and 11 years. We have the highest expectations for all of our pupils and work hard to ensure that they are safe and happy. Our staff team is committed to raising the aspirations of all our pupils and developing a positive partnership with parents, families and the local community. We aim to provide an exciting learning environment with excellent facilities both inside and around our extensive site. 

We are looking for a full-time Site Manager who:

• Loves working with and around children and can develop positive relationships with our school community;
• Will undertake general premises and grounds maintenance to a high standard and support the day to day running of the school;
• Has strong interpersonal skills in order to act as a point of contact with Place Partnership and other external agencies, in support of the Headteacher and staff;
• Will take responsibility for the security of the site and provide emergency cover as and when required;
• Be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, satisfactory performance and completion of planned preventive maintenance, cyclical property programmes of work;
• Is able to work flexibly and prioritise tasks accordingly;
• Supports the holistic ethos of our school and can work under direction to ensure that the learning environment meets the needs of all our learners.
