37.0 Hours per Week

The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Site Manager to provide efficient and effective caretaking of the school site, including general site duties and maintenance, to ensure the site is safe, compliant and well maintained.

The role is year round and 37 hours per week, currently worked on a split shift to cover opening and closing of the site.  

Reduced hours would be considered on a job share basis.  

Apprenticeships would also be considered (different conditions and rates of pay apply in line with reduced responsibility).
