School Administrator – Maternity Cover Fixed Term Contract

Scale 4 - £10.60 per hour

Term time only  -  35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 4.00 pm

Lilleshall Primary School is a small village school in a semi-rural setting.  We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and adaptable school administrator to work as part of a very busy school office, to cover maternity leave for one of our current administrators.  If you have the skills and experience required, we would welcome your application.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks while working in a busy office
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be competent in ICT skills and financial management
  • Have excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Be patient, hardworking and able to relate well to others
  • Follow all safeguarding procedures and policies and have a commitment to safeguard and promote welfare of children
  • Require a full DBS check
