Salary: £16,173 to £16,826 (Grade 2 SCP 3-5) Pro rata salary shown

Total hours per week: 37

Weeks per year: Term time plus 5 training days (39 worked weeks)

Contract type: Permanent (subject to 6 months probationary period)

We are looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious, smart and motivated individual to carry out a key position within our brand new Internal Alternative Provision. The successful candidate will be a key member of staff dealing with some of our most numerable students within the Academy. 

You must have a solid understanding of how to work effectively in a busy Internal Alternative Provision.

Requirements 

To be considered for the post you must have achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade A to C (or equivalent) passes in maths and English.

First aid training will need to be undertaken if an appropriate First Aid qualification is not already held.

Strong desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges.

A relentless approach to giving parents and students the best service. 

Personal qualities

Enjoy working as part of a team but willingness to use initiative

Flexible approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
