The Role

This is a varied and interesting role supporting the business growth and commercial estates functions of the Enterprise team.

The Administration Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the team and may at times provide support to the wider Enterprise and Growth service area. Main duties will include maintaining electronic systems including websites and CRMs, dealing with customer enquiries and delivering communications including social media. You will also be assisting in the planning and delivery of business engagement events.

We are looking for an experienced person with excellent IT and customer service skills. You will also need good mathematical and analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Knowledge of appropriate social media platforms is essential.
