Job Details
Fountain Court is a 16 bedded residential unit for people with dementia.
The role includes providing personal care, support with everyday living skills and activities to meet individual needs.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the needs of older people, with dementia, effective communication skills and be able to produce clear and accurate records.
You will also be required to undertake an Enhanced Adults Disclosure and Barring Check.

Hours
21 hours per week
