Salary:£10.19-£10.39 Per Hour 
Contracted Hours: 21 Hours
Location: County Hall, Worcester
Contract Type: Permanent 


The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience of administrative activities to join the Quality Assurance team, within Worcestershire County Council.

The role involves answering inbound telephone calls, responding to queries and requests from a range of portals, processing administrative tasks within the team and recording as appropriate.

The successful applicant will require good organisational, analytical and time management skills and be able to use a range of software packages including Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. You need to have the ability to work under pressure within a busy team and on your own initiative. You must have a “can do” approach and have concise communication skills; both written and oral.
