The governing body of St Peter’s Catholic Primary School in partnership with the Archdiocese of Birmingham are looking for an inspirational servant leader to build on the strong school ethos and community. This vacancy arises upon the retirement of our long-serving and respected Headteacher. Ours is a school full of hard working, happy children, who enjoy coming to school, achieve well and are proud to be a part of St Peter’s Parish and School.
St Peter’s is a thriving one form entry Catholic primary school for children aged 3 to 11, nursery through to year 6. Our Catholic ethos is embedded in all that we do, and we strive to ensure that our pupils’ experience a caring Catholic environment that is rich and meaningful. We are proud to have a close relationship with our local parish and the support of our parish priest. (The school also benefits from recent major refurbishment.)
The successful candidate will, with the support the governing body, be charting an exciting future for the school, encouraging the building of deeper collaborations and innovations in order to provide the best possible Catholic education for our pupils.

a strategic leader who can work with governors to develop strategic aims and implement operational plans in pursuing
