To work with senior leadership to raise attainment and ensure the effectiveness of student learning by contributing to the development of data systems, tracking systems and data analysis systems and develop the management of SIMS and SISRA to ensure data is secure and available as required.

To act as SIMS Manager , SISRA Manager and Exams Manager (training can be provided).

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload, attention to detail along with excellent IT skills including Word, Outlook and Excel are essential as is the ability to work using one’s own initiative both on one’s own as well as part of a small team. Excellent communication skills both written and orally along with the ability to communicate at all levels are also essential.

Previous administration experience is desirable.  Ability to work flexibly, using own initiative and to meet tight deadlines.
