Afternoon Receptionist
20 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only
Monday – Thursday - 12.00pm – 4.00 pm
Friday – 11.30pm – 3:30pm (please note the working hours are non-negotiable)
Salary Grade 3 - NJC Spinal Point 3-4
Pro-rata salary £8,820.44 - £ 8,996.50
An opportunity has arisen to join a passionate team of staff in a growing Multi Academy Trust.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed Receptionist to join a team of dedicated and hardworking staff in a happy, friendly and supportive school.
You will be the first point of contact in a busy school reception area providing an efficient and professional service.
We are looking for someone who:-
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Can use their own initiative, organise and prioritise Is able to work independently but contribute to a strong team ethos Has excellent word processing skills and a good understanding of Excel, Microsoft Office/Internet Works in a confident and professional manner Has experience of SIMS.net (desirable)
