Every apprenticeship we provide is designed to give you the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to progress into further employment with Warwickshire County Council.

  • Over 200 apprentices recruited since 2012
  • 76% of our apprentices are retained by WCC
  • 95% of our apprentices stay in employment or education
  • 96% would recommend an apprenticeship at WCC

We are based in Warwick and operate in an agile, flexible, modern working environment, with the supporting technology that you would expect from a leading service, but we also visit sites and employees across the whole of Warwickshire. Ability to travel across the county and hold a full clean driving licence with and appropriate insurance cover for business use and has full access to an appropriate vehicle is essential.
