Job Title: Passenger Assistant - NBG556 Rigby Hall School

Salary: £9.98 an hour
23.75 Hours
Location: WCC Depot, Pershore Lane, Warndon Worcester
Fixed Term - Until 27/07/2025 (potential for extension)

The Role

The role involves working on a split shift to bring in children to school of a morning and returning them home in the afternoon.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, ,flexible individual who is calm under pressure with good communication and people skills with regard to children and adults. You will need to be a team player working closely with the driver and second PA transporting pupils, ensuring their comfort and safety.
A key task in this role is to physically assist pupils as necessary to and from the vehicle and help them on and off the minibus by means of step or the vehicle lift according to level of need.
Candidates require the ability to undertake moderate physical activity sometimes in a confined space
A full package of training will be provided to support you in the role should you be successful.
