£47,735 - £52,723 p.a.  Incremental progression is dependent on performance.

The Management Committee of CEDARS Short Stay School wish to appoint an enthusiastic and inspiring Deputy Headteacher to this Good (Ofsted 2019) school from January 2023.  CEDARS SSS is an 11 - 16 year education provider for young people who may have challenging behaviour and struggle to stay in mainstream settings.

The Job Description, Application form, Person Specification and Behaviour Policy are attached.  We are looking to appoint a person with excellent pastoral and behaviour management expertise who is pupil centered and supports a Restorative Practice approach.  Specific duties and responsibilities will be negotiable and full support and training will be provided.
