About the role:
We are looking to recruit a teaching assistant who will support our students across the whole school with SEND. This post will commence as soon as possible, full and part time hours available. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young people with diverse challenges in education, develop their skills and improve life chances. Various hours available
The successful candidate will:
- be inspirational – able to engage our students and create an atmosphere of enthusiasm in the specialist laboratories
- be determined to get the very best out of our students, seeing them reach their full potential
- have a genuine passion for supporting students needs
- ideally have an understanding of EHCP plans
