We have an exciting opportunity to join the County Councils Strategic Growth and Infrastructure Team, working with colleagues on the successful collection, monitoring and implementation of developer contributions across Warwickshire.

To join the Strategic Growth and Infrastructure Team we need an Infrastructure and Section 106 Monitoring Officer who can:

  • Undertake the collection of financial contributions relating to Section 106 agreements.
  • Be responsible for the effective implementation and monitoring of Section 106 agreements.
  • Accurately maintain key databases such as the Section 106 database
  • Assist and support the co-ordination of county council responses on Planning Applications and local, regional, and national Planning Policy Consultations working collaboratively across a range of County Council Services
