The governors of Langley Primary School are looking to appoint a dedicated and professional Site Manager to take on this key role as soon as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, pro-active individual who is looking for extra responsibility to join our busy, friendly school. Some specialist training could be provided. The role focuses on the regular maintenance and support of a range of facilities that are widely used by our school and the community. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the health and safety of the site; improvement, maintenance and cleanliness of the school and the swimming pool; supervising and motivating site staff and ensuring that the building and site are available for use. They will also have the capacity for hard work, be able to relate well to pupils and adults and be committed to the overall aims of Langley Primary.

A good range of skills are desirable including: building and grounds maintenance, general DIY, knowledge of health and safety and experience of supervising staff.
This post will require the postholder to cover the opening and locking of the school site on evenings and weekends on a rota basis. This will be discussed at interview.

The successful candidate will have the option to live in the onsite accommodation.
