Human Resources Administrator Apprentice

(CIPD L3)

Salary: £10,000 per annum

(in year 2 £10,000 or minimum wage dependent on age if higher)

Full Time - 37 hours per week Term-Time Only + 2 weeks (40 weeks)

Fixed Term Contract – 2 years then reviewed

Start Date: September/October 2022

 

 

 

North Leamington School is part of the Elm Tree Multi Academy Trust and as it grows the Human Resources (HR) Function will work collaboratively across all merging schools to align systems, processes and people policies and practice creating the best possible People Services to our teams. This role will offer the HR Manager support with HR administration working across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including safer recruitment, organising HR events/campaigns, absence management, note-taking HR meetings, working with the Finance Team with payroll input enquiries and purchasing HR related goods and services and signposting health and wellbeing resources.

 

It is an exciting opportuning as a brand new position with the chance to professionally develop. You will be joining our busy, friendly People Services Team and in the future supporting the delivery of all aspects of a centralised HR service to our schools.

 

If you want to pursue a career in HR, we will support you in gaining a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship with CIPD L3 accreditation.  20 % off the job learning will be given to complete the studies, whilst gaining valuable work experience alongside. We are looking for someone who ideally has:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths C/4
  • BTEC L3 or A Level equivalent   
  • Excellent communication and people skills  
  • Able to work as part of a team and is collaborative   
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Is professional and confidential
