Full time equivalent salary: Support staff Grade 4 point 6 – 14 £20,043 - £23,484

Location:                 Across 5 primary schools in Coventry and Warwickshire as deployed

 

About the role

 

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and flexible team player for this role of term time cover supervisior. The postholder will lead planned learning in the absence of class teachers across our multi academy trust.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic and inspiring with excellent classroom management skills
  • Has relevant experience of working with and supporting primary aged pupils
  • Who can promote positive values and attitudes within the classroom
  • Understands their role in safeguarding and protecting children

All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children’s welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and, familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
