Job Title: Passenger Assistant - Vale of Evesham
Vacancies: 1no.
Salary: £9.60 an hour
8.5 hours a week, 4.25 hours on a Wednesday and Thursday
Location: Operated from WCC Depot Worcester WR4 0AA

The Role
The role involves working on a split shift to bring in children in of a morning and return them home in the afternoon from The Vale of Evesham School.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible individual who is calm under pressure with good communication and people skills with regard to children and adults. You will need to be a team player working closely with the driver transporting children with an enhanced care requirement, ensuring their comfort and safety.
A key task in this role is to physically assist pupils as necessary to and from the vehicle and help them on and off the minibus by means of step or the vehicle lift according to level of need.
Candidates require the ability to undertake moderate physical activity sometimes in a confined space
A full package of training will be provided to support you in this specialist role of Passenger Assistant, should you be successful.
