We are seeking to appoint an efficient and organised Clerical Assistant with excellent inter-personal skills, a sense of humour and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude. The ideal candidate should be conscientious, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure within our busy office. Experience of a school based office role would be ideal, but not essential.
The successful candidate will:
- Undertake reception duties, liaising with parents and staff.
- Manage manual & computerised records systems, including Arbor, Early Years Portal, Parentpay, Prime & Teachers2Parents.
- Lead on attendance procedures and monitoring.
- Have excellent level of ICT skills
- Require excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to joining a happy and effective team working alongside parents, pupils and staff in a professional and appropriate manner.
