We are currently recruiting for a part time Asset Management Officer who can work 22 hours a week across set working pattern days of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week within the Capital Projects Department. The successful candidate will assist the team in providing effective administration support maintaining our Housing asset database, along with general office duties and must be able to attend site visits to enable progression of right to buy applications.
You should have:


Good organisational and communication skills, in both written and oral.
Previous Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
Previous Experience of scheduling appointments on a planned programme
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload.

As a key member of the Capital Projects department there will be liaison with external contractors, clients, and other key parties to deliver the major works programme. It is essential that candidates are able to drive and have the use of a vehicle and be physically capable to carry out site visits.
We are looking for candidates with the following experience:


Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
Experience of working within Local Government
Experience of scheduling appointments on a planned programme
Knowledge or understanding of building terminology and property attributes
Previous recent experience of Leasehold matters, including section 20 consultation procedures and service charges.
Previous experience of minute taking, including managing agendas, collating and distributing minutes along with booking venues and scheduling meetings.
Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel (medium to advance level)
