We are currently recruiting for a Property Services Support Officer, to work with the Property Services Managers and Senior Officers and the wider regeneration & Housing team within the Council to ensure excellence in service to customers, both internal and external is achieved.
You should have Previous experience of dealing directly with customers, particularly via the telephone. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, face to face, over the telephone and in writing. Understanding of customer service principles.
