Personal Assistant to Director, Ref: RT06022
Salary: G5 £21,269 to £24,920 per annum
As part of the Admin and Business Support service, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised individual to join our team of PA’s.
About the role:
- You will provide a comprehensive PA service to nominated Directors and wider support to other Directors within the Council’s senior management teams.
- The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administrative environment preferably within a public service environment and/or substantial experience of providing administrative support at Director level or above.
- You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, along with note taking experience and proven experience in the use of IT applications.
- The ability to work on your own initiative is essential as well as being able to work in a fast paced environment.
