Business Support Administrator – South Staffs district based at out Codsall office

Salary: £19,650 - £20,043 per annum - Grade 4

Business Support is key to the success of our Children’s Services because our Business Support teams are there, making sure things run smoothly, so that our frontline colleagues can deliver for children and families in the community. All that work in the background doesn’t just happen, it takes dedicated colleagues, taking pride in their work and seeing a purpose in the work they are doing.

We are looking to appoint a Business Support Administrator whose main responsibility will be to support the SEND Hub and Early Years Forum areas of work.

This will include:

  • Servicing meetings: coordinating the circulation of agendas and papers; scheduling; attendance at meetings and taking and distributing appropriate notes.
  • Completing a range of administrative tasks ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines in accordance with business processes and service level agreements.
  • Accurately input and maintain appropriate information systems
  • Assistance with a range of financial transactions
  • Produce high quality documents in supporting district-based staff
