Fundraising Manager

37 Hours per week

Salary -35,000+ dependent on experience

Primarily home-based with some attendance at events and main office in Marston Green.

Due to continued growth and expansion, Adoption Focus is seeking an experienced, driven and organised Fundraiser to lead our fundraising activity. This will include applications for funding from trusts, individual giving and  corporate partnerships. and legacy fundraising.

As an integral member of the Adoption Focus team, you will be directly responsible for increasing fundraising income from a variety of streams, as well as identify new funding opportunities to support the breadth of our work, particularly for adoption support services, training, events and any new initiatives that will benefit our families.

The successful applicant will plan and deliver a range of fundraising activities, develop relationships, achieve agreed income targets and raise the profile of the agency locally and regionally.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the fundraising focus of a dynamic and growing charity. There is also scope for personal development as the fundraising function continues to grow.
