We are looking to appoint an Executive Headteacher to lead our small Church of England Multi Academy Trust from the beginning of November 2022. Our two, one form entry schools are situated near the centre of Birmingham
We have been through a turbulent few months and are looking for an Executive Headteacher who will lead us on our school improvement journey and then grow our Trust further.

We are looking to appoint a person who:
• is a qualified teacher and has at least 5 years successful headship in a Church school setting
• will support and further develop our Christian ethos and values.
• has a detailed understanding of leading an Multi Academy Trust
• has a deep understanding of teaching and learning
• has a deep understanding of curriculum
• who likes working with children
