Administrative and Finance Assistant

We are delighted to advertise an excellent opportunity to join our professional support team for an enthusiastic administrative and finance assistant from 26th September 2022, or as soon as thereafter. The postholder will provide an efficient administrative service to the College, including finance administration and support for the HR function. They will be wholly customer-focused, having a friendly yet professional and respectful approach. Previous experience of working within a school would be desirable but is not essential.

About the role:

• Grade 3, SCP 3-4
• 27.50 hours per week, term time only plus six inset days
• Working pattern Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm
• Annual salary £18,887-£19,264 FTE, paid pro rata is £12,136-£12,378 actual salary per annum
• Previous experience of a similar role is desirable, but not essential
• Grade C/4 in Maths & English and excellent communication/administrative skills are essential
