Contract Monitoring Officer

Salary £21,269 - £27,514

Full time - Permanent - x2 Posts

This is an opportunity to assist in the effective monitoring of the City Council’s Parking Services enforcement contracts which include vehicle removals, civil parking enforcement, camera enforcement and Blue Badge misuse

You will be required to review specifications, produce detailed reports, management and statistical information to formulate recommendations for actions and will therefore, need to have knowledge of Excel to an advanced level. You will also be required to respond to priority correspondence received from Councillors/MPs etc.

Currently this role is carried out working from home as well as in the office.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, experience of dealing with members of the public, advanced IT skills, as well as being able to prioritise workloads and adhere to strict deadlines.
