Salary: £19,650 - £20,043.00 per annum
37 Hours per week – Fixed term until 31 March 2023

This role will include being ready to respond to any outbreaks of COVID where necessary, including speaking to confirmed cases of COVID-19 via the telephone and tracing possible contacts during their infectious period. The role will also include supporting other departments, which will involve speaking to customers via telephone supporting with general enquiries, inputting data onto specific systems and sharing data with relevant departments. No previous experience is required however previous experience working in a call centre would be advantageous.
The role will include working between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and weekend work on rotation between the hours of 10am and 4pm.
