About Us and the Role
The Market Hall Museum sits at the heart of historic Warwick, with changing displays reflecting the history of the County, alongside a regular programme of activities and events.
Working as part of our Front of House and Museum team, the role covers both the Museum Café and Museum Gift Shop. Your daily tasks could vary between making fresh paninis and serving locally sourced cakes and beverages, to selling event tickets, gifts, and souvenirs. Our team aim is to deliver a consistent and enjoyable visitor experience whilst generating essential income for the Museum.
The Candidate
Happy to work in a busy customer-facing role, you must have experience of working in a customer service environment and you are confident in speaking to a wide range of people.
Good levels of numeracy and literacy are essential to this role.
Working Pattern
Week 1 Saturday 09:30 - 17:10 (6.67 Hours)
Week 2 Saturday 09:30 - 17:10 (6.67 Hours)
Week 3 Saturday Off
Week 4 Saturday 09:30 - 17:10 (6.67 Hours)
