32.5 Hours per Week

We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support our SEND pupils on a one to one basis.  This post may also include small group support and intervention and lunchtime support.  

We are looking for a colleague who;

•    Is able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of children with complex needs, such as social, emotional and mental health.
•    Is able to respond directly to our children’s needs and provide them with the relevant and timely support, especially with nurture.
•    Is passionate about raising standards and is committed to our pupils.
•    Is able to challenge and motivate all of our pupils to achieve their very best.
•    Is enthusiastic and self-motivated.
•    Is able to work independently ad also plan co-operatively with colleagues.
•    Has exemplary organisational and communication skills.

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is essential together with English and Maths GCSE grade C or above.  

The post is 32.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday 8.30am-4.00pm term time only
Actual Salary; £14,159 -£14,731
