This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing HR Team in a growing Trust in a brand-new role.

The HR Manager Systems and Process will work with the HR Director developing and maintaining the HR strategic data and systems to support the People Strategy. Ensuring HR systems are fit for purpose, GDPR compliant and provide robust evidence-based reporting.

 

Provide HR advice and support to Trust and client schools.

Management of the HR administration service to Trust and client schools to ensure an efficient and timely service which complies with all relevant employment legislation.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of three years working in a HR role
  • Have experience of implementing and managing HR systems and processes
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Have a sound knowledge of employment legislation
