The overall purpose of the post is to provide effective compliance/governance services and systems to the Trust, incorporating its academies. The Compliance Officer will be addressing academies compliance checks and queries, carrying out due diligence, embedding best practice, accessing, monitoring, and measuring risk management within educational environment and ensuring that the Trust board and Compliance committee are fully informed on the latest legal requirements and relevant standards. You will also provide governance specialist support to the Trust and Local Academy Committees, as required, and directed.
