The Board of Directors of Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy
Company (“the MAC”), are looking to appoint an outstanding Head of HR &
Payroll to join our proud and successful team in supporting 13 schools across
Birmingham, Solihull and Warwickshire.
This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking, well respected and
expanding team, which is committed to leading excellent practice and
innovation within the rapidly changing educational landscape.
The role will provide essential support to the schools and Central Team for HR
and Payroll across of the MAC.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record to offer support to key
members of the MAC Executive Team and our schools in relation to HR and
Payroll services. We wish to hear from you if you have:
• The ability to manage those staff with HR and Payroll related responsibilities
on a daily basis and conduct performance management reviews and target
• An understanding of HR and Payrolll systems
• Strong time management skills
• The ability to multitask
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Written and verbal communication skills,
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to deal with all members of an organisation
• A professional and friendly demeanour
