Family Support and Learning Mentor  

32.5 hours per week, term time only working 8.30am -3.30pm Monday - Friday with a 30-minute lunch break. 

Salary: Warwickshire NJC Scale H FTE £24920 -27514 Pro rata for hours and weeks worked  

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker and Learning Mentor with extensive experience of working with disadvantaged and hard to reach families in a professional capacity, to join our pastoral team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and be able to show initiative. Knowledge of policies and procedures relating to child protection, safeguarding, health and safety, security, confidentiality and data protection will be required.
