About Us and The Role

 

ACE is the Regional Adoption Agency for: Coventry, Solihull, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire

 

Working in a varied and interesting environment you must be well organised with a positive and flexible approach to workloads and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. You should be able to work well as part of a team, exercising confidentiality at all times. You must also be able to prioritise your own workload and work on your own initiative

 

You will need high level keyboard skills and be competent in the use of computerised systems. You will need to have good and accurate literacy, numeracy, administrative skills and the ability to analyse information to solve general queries

 

There will be telephone contact dealing with customers, social workers and other local authority staff, servicing their requests or incident management; therefore, excellent verbal communications are essential, as are written skills in terms of documentation of outcomes and resolutions.
