Grade 5 - SCP 12-17, £7,625.04 - £8,418.59 per annum (£22,571 - £24,920 FTE)

15 hours per week over 5 days – 8.30am-11.30am

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a wide range of duties associated with a busy school office. You will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors and will need to communicate effectively and confidentially at all levels. The candidate will need to have a welcoming and helpful manner, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and above all a sense of humour.

The duties of the post are varied, but will involve basic administration, use of our MIS system (Scholarpack), inputting of Purchase Orders and reception duties. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and within a team.

Key Requirements

We are looking to appoint a capable, well organised and motivated School Administrator to join our school.

The post is for 5 days a week 8.30am – 11.30am, working at Dines Green Community Academy. Some flexibility will be required to help cover the office in emergencies and for sickness cover.

This is a term-time position only, however some working of TED days may be required.
