Salary: Grade 7, Point 26 – 30  £30,984 to- £34,373 FTE  (Actual  £26,532 - £29,434)                               

Term time + 5 inset days (39 weeks), 37 hours per week

Start date: September 2022

What we are looking for:

We are looking to appoint a dynamic, organised and inspirational LRC Manager to join our collaborative and experienced English faculty. The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear interest in developing literacy across the academy and securing the best possible outcomes for students. They will be confident working with students, whether that is on a one-to-one or whole class basis. They will be self-motivated and will ensure the LRC is vibrant, well-used and encourages a love of reading.
