About Us

Howbury House provides long term residential accommodation and support for 32 individuals. We are registered with CQC to provide personal care to people, some of whom maybe living with dementia.

We are increasing our staff team and we are looking for enthusiastic, caring people to join our team. We want people who can support individuals with all activities of daily living including personal care and medication. You will be provided with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and weekly Covid 19 testing.

The successful applicant must have good communication skills, can follow care plans, maintaining detailed and accurate records of the care you provide, and can work as part of a team but also be able to work on your own initiative.

We have the following permanent positions available:

  • Care Assistants – Hours: Ranging from 20-36 hours per week. The shift pattern consists of 7.30-9pm, 07.30-15:30, 15:30-22:00 and some shorter shifts of 08:00-13:00, 17:00-21:00 these are mainly for the lesser hour posts.

All vacancies include alternate weekends and bank holiday working.

We are an established team of dedicated staff and are very proud of the work we do and are looking for caring people to share our commitment to provide the best care for our residents.
