Attendance & Welfare Manager
32.5 hours per week, term time only
Grade 7, Scale 15-22 (depending upon Continuous Service)
(£23,953 – £27,514 pro rata)
We are looking to appoint an Attendance & Welfare Manager to work with the Assistant Headteacher, to use specialist knowledge and experience to support some of our most vulnerable students. One aspect of the role will be to support families to ensure good attendance and to act as Deputy Child Protection Officer – promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all students.
Experience of working with an attendance data system is desirable, as is a good general educational background.
Walton High School is an oversubscribed, high-achieving academy. It is situated in a pleasant residential area on the edge of Cannock Chase and enjoys an excellent reputation.
